How does my fantasy team look this week?

Starters:

QB: Philip Rivers
RB: Clinton Portis, Julius Jones, Correll Buckhalter
WR: Marques Colston, Steve Smith (NYG)
TE: Chris Cooley
PK: Ryan Longwell
D/ST: Pittsburgh Steelers

Bench:

QB: Trent Edwards
RB: LeSean McCoy (Bye)
WR: Dwayne Bowe, Steve Breaston (Bye), Michael Clayton
TE: Brent Celek (Bye)
PK: Mason Crosby

Any suggestions of roster moves I should make? Or any players that I should potentially drop and find someone on waivers for the coming weeks?

Pick up a better Running Back maybe a glen coffie, cedric benson or Tarshard Choice.

Change job from Software engg to Sales and marketing?

Hi, i have completed MTech ( MS) and for the past 2 years i am working as a software Enggineer ( in linux + server domain ) . Now i want to change my profile from Software designer to Sales and Marketing of software products. How do i achieve that. Do i need to do MBA or EMBA . Once i complete this course then how to change my field.
After having completed the degree (EMBA) how to move from pure technical field to sales?
Whom to approach?
Will i be treated as fresher?

Sales and Marketing of software products requires a lot of engineering. To get the contract, it”s been my experience that you have to basically built a working solution to one of the prospective customer’s problems *fast* (sweetening the deal). EMBA’s are very fast, usually expensive MBA programs that MAY be what you need – I had a 2 year MBA program (that took me 4 years to complete- I was a coach on a baseball ans soccer team – AND working full time).

The extra time-crunch on the EMBA might give you the "groove" towards this mkg job your looking at.

I am thinking about trying to get an online degree in Marketing.?

Is an online degree just as credible as obtaining a degree the "old fashioned" way? Where is the best place to obtain a Marketing degree online? I don’t want to waste my time and money.

Everything I have heard is that online degree programs are viewed basically the same as campus programs. You must make sure that the school is properly accredited however. Also just like with a campus program you should look into several options to see which one makes the most sense for you. This site has good info on marketing degrees and some schools for you to start your search.

Where do i begin with market research for opening a sex shop online?

I am seriously considering opening an online sex shop. I want to take this seriously and properly so I need to do some market research but I haven’t a clue where to start!? Any advice?

Do searches based on what your business would promote and see what results come up nationally and internationally. Look at how your potential competitors run their on-line businesses. Also make searches using the words and phrases that your potential customers would use. See whether there’s any difference in the businesses that top the rankings.

Consider narrowing the searches to specific products as that will give you a better idea if you can create a website that will achieve a decent ranking.

If you’re in the UK, speak to your local Business Link or visit their website for information on conducting market research.

Good luck!
