Need consumer promotions ideas for casual dining restaurant?
Guys, as you are aware we have a global economic crisis that had a major effect on the casual dining business. I had set targets for 2009 but until I did not achieve those targets due to the economic-recession crisis. I am witnessing loss rather than generating profit (sales increase). The casual dining industry is gaining from Ex-Fine-dining guests who have become more value conscious, yet have lost other guests, who have down-traded to Quick service restaurants concepts for the same economic reason. We play in the fine dining area to a large extent.

I am asking your help to come up with a regional consumer promotion that would boost sales and most important generate traffic to the restaurant. I am looking for something that could have a strong impact and could be advertised using not only in-store support but also outdoor.

At this stage I am looking for concept ideas with proposed prizes.

Objective of this promotion:
